Haverford College
Haverford, PA 19041

Registration is required for MASPLAS attendance. Please register by 4/13 if possible (anyone registering after 4/20 may not get lunch...).

Thanks to the generosity of ACM SIGPLAN and IBM Research, we expect MASPLAS '03 registration to be free this year.

To register, send email to masplas@cs.haverford.edu telling us the following:

  • The names of the attendees;
  • any dietary restrictions (we can't guarantee any special lunches, but will try to accommodate where possible);
  • whether you'll be staying over night before or after the workshop (we may try to book a block of hotel rooms if many people are);
  • whether you might be able to stay for the post-workshop speaker's dinner (this is not covered by registration, so there may be a separate cost for this meal if we manage to go well over our funding, but Bill Pugh has generously contributed his honorarium to this budget).

    The ACM Guidelines ask that we include this statement along with registration information, for the benefit of any international visitors:

    Most non-US delegates will need a United States visa to enter the United States. Visas are usually simple to obtain. Ask for visa applications and consult the nearest US consulate or US interest section in your country. Early visa submission is essential to smooth and timely processing of your visa. Delegates are strongly encouraged to apply for their visas at least three months before departure. We recommend that you attach a copy of the Congress Program to your application to indicate that the event is an open scientific meeting. If you do not receive your visa in thirty days after the submission of your complete visa application, you should inquire on the status of your application to the US consulate where you sent your application.
